Replying to counter-productivity of tote bags: They should 1) Use this chance to decrease their plastic bag availability (they’re giving the tote bags anyway, so might as well use the time to tell customers to bring it back for more discounts or that they are gonna have less plastic bags) and 2) Give some special treatment back their bags.
